Customer Service - Carrier Management Performance

Established a couple of years ago , our client are an exciting new cross border ecommerce delivery business, with the guiding principle to allow their customers to find sending parcels cross border as simple as sending parcels within the UK.

They offer a range of global delivery options, supported by a choice of final mile delivery partners, and backed up by smart and intuitive IT solutions. The company has grown rapidly since their inception and now offers a range of logistics services across diverse industry sectors.

The New Role
Working closely with the Carrier Management Team you will play an integral role in the performance and data analysis of our clients final mile suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Proactively monitoring carrier performance
- Managing and organising carrier data
- Identifying gaps and liaising with carriers to resolve
- Assist in the development and continued improvement of reporting functions

What You'll need to Succeed
To achieve all of that, you will be able to demonstrate and show evidence of:
- 1+ years experience in the logistics/ecommerce industry
- Experience communicating and developing both internal and external relationships
- Data and trend analysis
- Microsoft Software experience, primarily Excel
- Strong organisational skills
