Account Executive - ecommerce / parcels

Our client are a growing ecommerce, pick/pack and fulfillment business based in the Heathrow area of Middlesex.

Due to growth and the acquisition of some new accounts, our client are looking to add an experience office based Indoor Account Executive to join their already established team

Overall Purpose of Role
- Professionally manage Customer contact and provide support where required thus ensuring the Customer experience is positive and the Customer is a promoter
- To develop and broaden our clients relationship with existing Customers

Main Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Account Managers to manage the Customer relationship and to exceed the Customers expectations
- Effectively qualify all customers needs, understand those needs and deliver service appropriately
- Support complex job execution as well as help with distributions and high-volume client needs
- Learn and develop knowledge of the Sprint product portfolio and all associated features and benefits and to match those benefits to the needs of the customer
- Learn system features of our client (AIMS, J-AIMS and BOLT over time to allow effective work management)
- Manage service performance within the account portfolio and to be a resolution point for any service related issues
- Gain an understanding of our clients portfolio (including revenue and service performance, opportunities and threats)
- Submit accurate and timely business information when required
- Continually look to improve and develop knowledge and to share that with colleagues
- Take steps in due course for solo account management when senior management agrees the timing is appropriate

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Excellent networking ability and natural communication style
- Excellent presentation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Able to work with the minimum of supervision and where necessary attend meetings (currently on-line only).
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email, Power Point)

Personal Specifications:
- Numerate
- Ability to articulate both verbally and in written form
- Happy to work both alone and as part of a team
- Skilled listener, able to understand and empathise with Customers whilst understanding context and the Customer supplier relationship
- Ability to self-motivate and work with the minimum of supervision
- Have a problem-solving attitude and relish the challenge that obstacles may present

- Presents a well prepared and professional image at all times

£23,000 to £24,000 Basic Salary
Commission paid on new accounts
20 days holiday
