Sales Support Coordinator - E-Commerce

We are now recruiting for a full time Sales Support Coordinator for our client based in the heart of London, near Kings Cross Station. With modern and welcoming offices with all the facilities to promote productivity and collaboration. Joining an exciting workplace in Central London in the fast-growing e-commerce industry.

Overview:
Working alongside the Sales Team to support and promote excellent customer service and innovation, through reporting, analysis, administration and problem solving, ensuring that the Customers expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Performance Analysis and Operation Support Teams to understand where there are challenges in the Network with Key Customers shipments.
Using this knowledge to take ownership of, check, analyse and add context/summaries to daily/weekly/monthly bridge/exception & KPI reports, for Key Customers.
Working closely with the Key Account Managers (KAMs), Performance Analysis and Operation Support Teams to take ownership of creating and implementing bespoke reporting, where required from Key Customers.
Assisting with producing Quarterly Business Review, Monthly Business Review, presentations and reports for Key Customer(s)
Attending conference calls and occasional meetings with KAMs for Key Customers, to take minutes and to enable an understanding of the issues being faced by them.
Keeping the CRM system up to date for Key Customer(s), including but not limited to:
Producing reporting packs as required to cover peak and monthly/quarterly business reviews


Required Experience:

Previous experience in the eCommerce Logistics industry, with an understanding of Customer Care and how things work operationally and with previous experience in reporting analysis
Essential Skills:
A strong grasp of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Previous experience of using a CRM system
A positive, pro-active, go-get-um attitude
Highly self-motivated & autonomous
