Logistics Project Coordinator

We are now recruiting for our client based in the heart of London, near Kings Cross station . With modern and welcoming offices with all the facilities to promote productivity and collaboration. Joining an exciting workplace in Central London in the fast-growing e-commerce industry.

Our client is a well-established global service provider of cross-border e-commerce delivery solutions with an established presence in key global trade lanes, including Asia, Europe and the USA
The network has more than 354 locations across 60 countries and with 13,000 employees serving alliance customers and attending to the details of their business round the clock, around the globe.

We are now looking for Logistics Project Coordinator reporting into the Delivery Solutions Manager

This is an exciting and challenging role. We require someone who has experience in project management ideally with some experience in logistics. Working with other team members to primary function of this role is to work with other stakeholders to bring new projects to completion and ensure that all processes are structured and documented

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all delivery solution and lane implementation projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope,schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Lead and drive day to day operations ensuring all service levels are achieved
Support in delivering Proposition Enhancements and lead implementation in the UK,
Europe and beyond as required
Support all new service implementations working with the Senior Management team
Support the Delivery Solutions operational and IT road maps
Work with Customer Care to manage internal relations alongside improve customer
experiences
Support & improve Delivery Solutions Reporting
Support & improve SLA and KPI monitoring and management

Key Skills & Experience
Project Management skills are essential
PMP / PRINCE II certification considered a plus
Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
Analytical thinker with close attention to detail
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with expert level in Excel
Experience in eCommerce industry considered a plus
Commercially aware/astute
Innovative and customer focused
Ability to adapt to rapid change
Ability to identify and implement process improvements

Benefits:
Salary £27,000-30,000 per annum.
25 days holiday, Cycle-to-Work, Wellbeing and more
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
