Regional Compliance Manager

Our Client is a market leader in the provision of international and DOMESTIC PARCEL solutions to both businesses and home addresses.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to for a REGIONAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER based out of our clients busy WEYBRIDGE depot.

Job purpose
Accountability for hitting regional targets through leadership and drive, ensuring regional compliance targets and SLAs on all key KPI categories are met and delivered through the compliance management team, field team and couriers.
Overseeing the detailed analysis of all MI reports and data behind these reports to drive focus for improvements, creating action plans and leadership to the compliance managers for best practice methodologies and continual improvement.

Key responsibilities
To lead and manage the compliance management team to hit all regional compliance targets which meet company, client and customer expectations
To drive and take ownership for continuous improvements on ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), ensuring that KPIs are achieved and that poor performing or non-compliant couriers are dealt with effectively, which will include one to one discussions with couriers and issuing service improvements and initiatives as applicable
Responsible for CEM (Customer Experience Monitor) to analyse reports to identify compliance failure points and work with compliance managers and the field team to ensure that repeat offenders are identified and managed effectively
Responsible for regional claims and enquiries to resolve issues, deal with couriers and identify consistent patterns and measures to improve
Responsible for improving regional compliance management through maintaining relationships and working with key stakeholders for continuous improvement with sub depot controllers, the loss prevention team and the depot teams to create a team ethic and focus on all compliance issues
To support the regional manager where required in addition to covering for the regional delivery manager on holidays/ days off and during busy periods
To support weekend coverage on a rota basis as agreed with the regional delivery manager.

Essential requirements
Proven ability to be productive in current role, self-motivated with the ability and drive to get things done.
Previous people-management experience with a particular emphasis on support, coaching and motivation.
Experienced in data analysis and the ability to understand the issues and actions that drive the data.
Problem solving and planning effective contingencies and solutions.
Professional appearance, articulate and able to communicate confidently at all levels.
Competent negotiation skills
Good understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint, with the ability to create spreadsheets and pivot tables to analyse data.
Ability to create informative presentations which communicate information visually.
Current UK driving licence.
