Customer Service Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR has arisen to work for one of the North Wests leading and rapidly expanding Sameday and Overnight Transport Companies based in their STOCKPORT office.

The role is managing a team of 2 Customer Service Executives

Key Skills

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communicator, telephone manner
- Computer Literate
- Self-Motivated
- Previous Man Management experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Well organised and ability to work in pressurised environment
- Excellent people skills
- High degree of attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
- The day to day supervision of a small team of two customer service operatives
- Encouraging effective communication with team and operations & sales
- Prepare and supervise the production of customer KPIs
- Supervise the allocation of workloads with team

Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service within the EXPRESS PARCEL / TRANSPORT industry.

upto £25k basic salary
20 days holiday
