Franchise Business Coach/BDM

An exciting sales opportunity has arisen to work for a rapidly expanding Express Parcels reseller franchise, who currently have over 70 offices in the UK and are looking to expand into 90 more countries particularly in Europe, Australia and Asia.

The client is looking for an experienced FRANCHISE BUSINESS COACH / BDM preferably with a background in :

- UK / International Parcels
- Air Express
- Road Express
- Pallets
- Import/Export
- International Air Freight


Implement the strategic vision for long-term franchise recruitment and onboarding
Spearhead franchise recruitment efforts
Build rapport and relationships with existing franchise partners and new prospects to promote brand growth
Guides potential franchise partners through the process of research and education about the organizations franchise opportunity
Oversee Transfer Program
Focus on helping 80%+ of franchisees to understand the basics of e-commerce and to have the knowledge to integrate eBay, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce and a csv upload
Visits potential customers with Sales reps and Franchisees to help win business and instil confidence
Prepares and keeps updated Ecommerce Best Practice Manual
Designs and presents all E-Commerce training
Rolls out the initial phase of Soffront and encourage use
Plan and host relevant Webex call to train franchisees and sales reps on how to sell e-commerce both technically and traditionally
Develops up to date online training videos
Attend regularly ecommerce expos and exhibitions
Find sources to develop and maintain e-commerce industry knowledge
Maintain an e-commerce SWAT analysis
Work with head of carriers to negotiate e-commerce offerings we have for our franchisees
When needed, hold Annual Reviews with franchisees
Helps franchisees use XMS reports as valuable tools to their business
All administrative functions relating to this role including, report writing to follow up with field visits and annual reviews)
Be involved in all Leadership Development Program training modules
When needed, attend all appropriate meetings as needed
Train new franchisees at Fast Start Training
Train new franchisees at Boot Camp
Help new franchisees develop sales habits by working with them, within their first month, for three consecutive days each week for a couple of weeks within this first month period
Follow up on the pipeline you have helped to develop
Visit each new franchisee in the field, for additional days, within their first six months
Help new franchisees understand all basic aspects of XMS and Webship
Help new franchisees with basic carrier knowledge
Hold scheduled weekly one to one Vital Factor Calls with new franchisee to help with accountability
Work with admin support to ensure all administrative onboarding takes place (mentoring, online training, phone calls with MD, Skype calls with franchise support etc.)
With line manager, hold a review with all new franchisees on month 6
Delivers weekly onboarding reports, for each new franchisee, to your line contact
Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding. Implements changes to policies, procedures and systems
As needed keep all onboarding material (onboarding manual and Fast Start manual) up to date
Attends all appropriate meetings and reports into line manager
Take on any additional assignments given by line manager. This will include working with stagnated franchisees to help them achieve growth
