Customer Services Advisor

Our client are a family owned road transport company based in Staffordshire, who supply quality logistic solutions throughout the UK.

They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Admin Advisor to work with their team.

As a customer service & admin at our client you will create a positive and confident experience for their customers. You will work closely with other team members, management, drivers and the operations team in exceeding customer expectations and delivering service excellence.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Making calls to and taking calls from B2B & B2C customers
Providing KPI service reports
Data processing and sales admin
Account management
Proactively advising customers on service information

Key Skills
You will have demonstrated a proven track record in customer care excellence. Ideally, gained in the transport environment.
You will Need
A confident telephone manner together with excellent relationship skills
High level of self-motivation and intuitive problem-solving skills
Well organised and the ability to work in a dynamic and pressurised environment
Good communicator both internally and externally
Proficient in MS computer skills
Good attention to detail
